Powerful transformational retreats to help you unlock new perspectives

These three-day non-residential retreats are guaranteed to shake up the way you think about yourself and the world. Release limiting patterns, reconnect with a deeper sense of vitality and purpose, and get to understand yourself better. Choose from two venues – one in leafy Gloucestershire, the other in north London and learn from wise, trusted, compassionate practitioners. Take an open mind, be prepared to go deep within your heart and expect some lightbulb moments, as you uncover a new paradigm for life.

our Reviewer emma douglas says:

‘iEvolve is a stripped back, honest inquiry into the ‘nature of being’. Supported by a highly professional team and generous volunteers, it evaluates what it is to lead a less ego-centric, more conscious and more intentional life. It is about agency, power and choice’

Queen of Retreats says:

‘Go all in! Be ready to engage fully and share generously, as your openness will create a bond between you and the group. Book accommodation, such as Airbnbs and hotels, as close to the retreat centre as possible, as days run from 9am until 11pm, and you’ll be grateful for a good rest overnight. Make the most of the digital detox - phones are kept out of dialogue sessions’

iEvolve-The Opening

iEvolve-The Opening is a three-day course packed with self-inquiry and takes place in Gloucestershire and London (see below), with a follow-up online session three days after the retreat.

Drawing inspiration from philosophers, authors and poets, such as Martin Heidegger, Eckhart Tolle and Michael E Zimmerman, you’ll learn how to deconstruct your life and beliefs, change your behavioural patterns and adopt a less egocentric view of the world.

Sessions take place from morning until late evening, in groups and pairs, and include self-inquiry, workshops, exercises, and physical movement to energise and relax the body.

Groups eat lunch and dinner together in a bright dining space, decorated with flowers. Meals are prepared from fresh, organically grown ingredients and you can expect mostly plant-based food, centred around seasonal vegetables, wholegrains, and pulses, such as red lentil and sweet potato soup, red kidney bean stew and summer fruit salad for dessert.

During the breaks you’ll be offered snacks, including seasonal fruit or berries, sugar-free energy balls, hummus, tortilla chips and cucumbers, mini nori wraps and sugar-free biscuits and crackers.

Teas, herbal drinks and water are also provided. You are requested not to drink alcohol during the retreat programme and until after the following Wednesday when the course completes.

During breaks, enjoy quiet outdoor spots, chat to fellow retreaters or sit and rest.

Your base for this retreat is Naunton Village Hall in Naunton near Cheltenham, deep in the Windrush Valley in North Cotswolds countryside, an area of outstanding beauty. Sessions take place in the spacious main hall, which has a proscenium arch and underfloor heating.

There are plenty of spots around the hall for walks and contemplation – the path by the river and near a dovecote are two favourites.

iEvolve – The Opening in London

The newly renovated Whittington Centre is the venue for the retreat in the capital – you’ll find it on the edge of Whittington Park near Upper Holloway underground station. A multi-purpose community centre, it’s equipped with modern technology to ensure good quality light, sound and temperature.

Sessions take place in a bright room, set up in seminar style with conference chairs to sit on, and a main stage for the facilitator.  Make the most of the local park’s green spaces, trees and benches.
