Sessions last two to four hours each day for three consecutive days or more, to give you the chance to go deeply into issues and resolve them.

Experiences
Tailor-made therapeutic programmes will be devised after a consultation with you to meet your needs, whether you want to overcome trauma, abandonment, abuse, burnout, a health or relationship issue, need help with recovery or something else. Between sessions, make time for relaxation, deep rest and sleep.
Desri and Robin Goodwin use a combination of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), Satir transformational systemic therapy, psychotherapy, strategic intervention, cognitive behavioural therapy, hypnosis and therapeutic coaching.
Relationship therapy for couples, family members, whole families, blended families and relationships between friends or colleagues is also available.
Space and Sustenance
The team encourage you to take their advice about what to eat and drink, and how to take care of yourself during your retreat, so you make the best of your time with them.
Establish a private and comfortable space where you will feel free to discuss anything that comes up. Have to hand water to drink and some tissues.
Ensure you can be seen clearly on your screen, at least to the waist. Ensure your phone is turned off for the duration of your sessions, and consider planning a total digital detox for the duration of your retreat.

Husband and wife team Robin and Desri Goodwin offer private, bespoke and potentially life-changing retreats for individuals, couples and families in the town of La Flotte on Ile de Ré in Charente-Maritime, and online for those who can’t or don’t want to travel. Relaxed, supportive and nurturing, Robin is a master NLP practitioner, a certified coach, hypnotherapist and energy healer, while Desri is a clinical nutritionist, raw food chef and life coach. Choose to focus on life changes, your health, relationships, weight management, burnout, or any other challenge life may throw at you.
