Set at the Boschendal Estate in Franschhoek, near Cape Town, and in a safari camp in Khumaga, Botswana, these retreats will help you smash through limiting boundaries, identify your ambition and harness your power. Led by transformation coaches Darren Swanepoel in South Africa and David Dugmore in Botswana, specifically curated groups take part in carefully orchestrated workshops, mountain trail walks and mindfulness meditation. Afterwards, you’ll join a supportive, online ‘elevated’ community.

Stay at Camp Canoe on the Boschendal Estate in Franschhoek, near Cape Town, and enjoy group and private retreats led by transformation coach Darren Swanepoel. Key sessions include Super You, The Real You and Action-Mapping. You can expect mindfulness meditation and yoga, along with lake swimming to get your endorphins flowing.
There are walks from your front door, with mountain and valley views. You’ll have a choice of distance and can choose forest hikes or jeep track walks. You’ll have your own air-conditioned cottage with en-suite bathroom, king-size bed and kitchenette. Outside you have your own hammock and wood-fired hot tub. Food is organic, nutritious and locally sourced.

Based at a lodge on the banks of the Boteti River Valley, and overlooking zebra, elephants, and wildebeest in the valley below, you’ll stay in a watering-hole side camp with a pool and spa. Expect workshops on accountability and legacy, among others, bushwalks, sunset game drives, fireside chats and nights under the stars.
Spend downtime in camp getting to know your fellow ‘elevators’, sharing insights and reflecting. Each room features traditional African architecture and design and has a private wildlife viewing deck over the river and National Park. There’s a library and public area for relaxation. Enjoy organic menus.
